Recently I took my summer ride, a 2006 Mustang convertible in for its oil change, and to get it ready for winter hibernation.  

As a first time female customer at the Derrick Dodge Family Centre, I was treated with professionalism, courtesy and respect.  Any questions I had (trust me there were soooooo many lol) the Family Service reps and quick lube team happily answered and did so with a smile.  

While my car was getting serviced, I met, and spoke with many of our customers (many of whom are long time Derrick customers) who were quite happy with the service they were receiving for their particular vehicles.  It’s because of this amazing service that our customers keep coming back.
