Dodge Ram: A Quiet Workhorse - 2011 Ram Laramie Crew Cab 4X4
The 2011 Ram Laramie Crew Cab 4X4 is a monster of a truck, with a 5.7 Litre Hemi engine, that packs a powerful punch of 390 horses, and 407 lb-ft of torque
However, when all is said and done, it’s nice to have a little peace and quiet as you travel along life’s highway.
Reviewer for the Globe and Mail, Ted Laturnus found this out when he drove the 2011 Ram Laramie Crew Cab 4X4. Laturnus, quickly discovered how quiet the big truck was and how it is the “best built, felt tight, and properly bolted together.”
Laturnus, was so confident in the tranquility of this Ram truck that he suggested someone should get a sound meter and actually record the decibel levels in the trucks interior. He went as far as to applaud the Ram Laramie Crew Cab 4X4 and stated, this truck is “a sound booth on wheels.”
The soothing sound levels wasn’t the only item that struck the Globe and Mail reviewer’s fancy. He looks at the civilized, refined and smooth ride of the Ram Laramie truck. In addition, he is enchanted by the luxury and workmanship of the opulent but rugged interior.
